Pam Kulik – Principal/Managing Director
Pam has worked closely with startup CEOs and executive teams to develop or reinvigorate their marketing and communications programs over the past 15 years. Her experienced strategic counsel and “big picture thinking” has helped to identify gaps in existing marketing programs and has significantly contributed to the success of new product launches and brand awareness.
Pam began her career in politics and public policy, where she fine-tuned her strategic communications skills as a legislative aide to US Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, worked on a House Subcommittee, and served as full time staff on two Congressional races. She relocated to San Francisco during the Internet Boom, where she shifted into PR and marketing communications and launched exciting new Internet and B2B tech products at top technology PR/marketing agency Niehaus Ryan Wong. Pam moved on to serve as the director of marketing for a consumer Internet start-up and was also a Web content strategist with Sapient, a leading public global technology consultancy. She then joined global media company Thomson Reuters as a marketing communications manager for their enterprise software business, Elite. Before DIALOGIK, Pam worked with tech startups as Vice President of the Digital Technology Practice at Bender/Helper Impact, a top LA PR/marketing agency.
Pam has spoken at industry events, including moderating The Politics of Net Neutrality panel at NATPE’s LATVFest and at Digital Hollywood. She has also been a contributing writer for Tubefilter News, a popular Web series and digital entertainment news site, and served as Associate Producer on #Follow, a Web series Pilot developed for a “Celebrate The Web” competition. A fan of Web original entertainment, she has helped market a number of award-winning Web series, is a member of the International Academy of Web TV, and was the lead publicist for both Streamy Awards, which recognized excellence in Web original entertainment.
Pam graduated with a BA from Northwestern University and earned an MPA, with a concentration in comparative public policy, from George Washington University. She enjoys playing with her super smart adopted poodle (Lucy), pilates reformer workouts, international travel, and talking politics. She’s currently learning French for a bilingual return visit to France.
